Carlos Walker (born March 31, 1976) better known by his stage name Shawty Lo, is an American rapper and CEO of D4L Records Inc.

The album features guest appearances by Phace Baity, Lil Mark, Braski, Kool Ace, Gucci Mane, Stuntman, Miss T, Mook B, DG Yola, and G-Child. As of June 2008 the album has sold approximately 358,765 copies in the U.S.
